In this exciting role, you will, together with the creative team, contribute to a commercial sales-driven assortment with a high trend level. Fashion Concept Design Manager In the role of Fashion Concept Design Manager, you are responsible for the visual goal of several product groups and concept collections. You contribute to the overall trend directions together with other Concept Designers and Head of Design. Your daily tasks include attending sales/creative meetings and collaborating with the buying manager within your business area. In this role, you need to stay updated on trends, the market, and our customers to be able to secure fashion in all different layers of the fashion triangle. You will be reporting to the buying manager Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a group of designers, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth. Overall responsible for the variety and expression of all kinds of different product groups together with the buying manager. Participate in trend forecasting and lead capsule collections together with the Head of Design and other Concept Designers to ensure collection success. Participate in assortment meetings and design meetings, Participate in monthly/quarterly sales review meetings and creative meetings to secure assortment success Pitch new ideas Your Past & Your Skills 7+ years in womenswear design Experience in concept creation or trend prediction management Team leadership or management experience Strong task prioritization skills Ability to predict upcoming trends Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledgeable in one or more industries Creative and commercial mindset with a passion for fashion Strong intuition for global women's fashion trends Analytical and creative thinking skills Understanding of the commercial fashion business Entrepreneurial spirit and risk-taking ability Experience working with external partners such as suppliers, collaborators, or influencers Fluent in English What We Offer Global environment Personal and professional development Freedom to add value/make a difference Hybrid Remote policy (workdays at the office and remote weekly) A number of voluntary benefits Interested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits? Designer As a Fashion Designer at NA-KD, you will translate seasonal trends into product ideas close to the season. From start to finish, you will support your team with range planning, concept overviews, print, and fabric input. Key Responsibilities Manage our design collections from idea to finished product Using internal and external data insights to make product decisions Managing range plans and developing commercial and fashion-forward items that go hand in hand with the NA-KD brand DNA Working closely with buyers and garment technicians to make sure that all samples are made to the correct specifications and standards Working with the samples to organize internal collection viewings Translate seasonal trends into product ideas Being part of the Trend forecasting team to internally influence how the NA-KD brand is perceived by the consumer Work closely with external partners, including on-site visits to suppliers Your Past & Your Skills 3-5 years of experience working as a fashion designer Relevant education in fashion design or a closely related field A strong conceptual thinker with a creative, trend-aware, and innovative mindset Naturally curious and always seeking to grow and improve Exceptional multitasking abilities and a sharp sense of prioritization to meet tight deadlines Solid understanding of garment construction, production processes, and quality standards Broad knowledge across multiple fashion product categories, especially outerwear and denim Strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends A true team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative, and creative work culture Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Fluent in English, both spoken and written What We Offer Global environment Personal and professional development Freedom to add value/make a difference Hybrid Remote policy A number of voluntary benefits Interested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits?
