Female Fitting Model (Size 38) As a fitting model at NA-KD, you will work on an hourly basis from our office in Gothenburg. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team of buyers and garment technicians. Your ability to confidently step into the role of a fitting model and provide clear, constructive feedback on the fit, feel, and movement of garments in both Swedish and English, will play a key part in helping us refine and perfect our products. Conduct deep dives on collaboration collections and launches, focused on commercial success drivers. Track launch performance across key windows. Track follower growth, engagement and sessions driven by Organic Social, and connect performance to commercial outcomes. Own and improve dashboards and reporting routines across partnerships. Present insights in weekly forums where teams take fast decisions, with a crisp "what happened / why / what we do next". Support ad hoc analysis tied to ongoing commercial work and prioritized by the Head of Partnerships.
