Operations Manager to join the team. You will join a highly ambitious team with
a great drive to transform our physical stores.
About Retail Space
Retail is undergoing major changes, therefore
our physical stores become even more important. To meet our customers in an
inspiring setting with a customer centric offer a new function Retail Space has
been established within H&M brand to enable the transformation of our
physical stores to a modern, relevant and unique shopping experience that drive
sales and profit as well as builds the brand. Retail Space consists of
the teams Format Development, Format Piloting and Space Management.
What you will do
As a Store Operation Manager within
the Retail Space team you will be
to ensure each store are working according to global store operations standards
and you ensure country teams implement set routines for each project within
format piloting. In line with the H&M brand strategy to support Sales and
Profit through Better Customer Experience. When needed also develop new
operations processes, routines and trainings. Together with providing
operations input to new developments inside other functions at our head office.

To be a successful Store
Operations Manager within Retail Space we also believe you:
experienced in the Operations and service field and have broad knowledge about
the standards, guidelines and best practices we have at H&M. This will be important for the
future development, both of layouts, way of working and digital solutions. Also,
to ensure successful implementations and maintenance of operations and service
standards in the project stores.
Like to work independently and in a team as well as
cross-functionally. You are strong when it comes to
planning your work in a structured manner.
Have a genuine passion for operations and
service. You need to be strong when it comes to support and coach the local
resources to ensure the project stores have high operation and service
Have strong communication skills and is fluent in English, both in
speech and writing. This is needed as you will work with our sales markets globally daily.
You communicate in an inspiring way.
Are strong in informal leadership and
values-driven. You have the ability to coach, train and
support the sales markets in an inspiring way in the roll-out and after executions
of the new stores.
Have a customer-oriented mindset.
flexible and open-minded. You like to work in a test environment that
constantly changes. You can handle different tasks at the same time and open
for feedback. You will find a solution for any problem that might occur.
Have strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office. You will create presentations and work on distance supporting markets
over e-mails etc.
This role requires travels occasionally
when we open in new markets! It is great opportunity for you who likes a
challenge and new opportunities to work with other markets.
This is a 1-year
project position and you will be located at the head office in Stockholm,
