Are you interested in being part of one of the
Business Unit teams based in Stockholm, developing the customer experience? Do
you have a drive to increase sales by creating an inspiring, relevant and
convenient shopping experiences through commercial planning? Then you might be
the person we are looking for!
We are looking for an experienced project leader for
the Business Units as Commercial planner. As a Commercial planner, you will be part
of setting the store commercial plan that drives and supports the sales and
profit goals in Men's Business Unit. You will work in close collaboration with
other functions, Store team, Online team, Men's Marketing team, Men's
Assortment team and Sales and Operations to create the best Men's customer
offer in store. Your results will be seen by customers around the world - you
can really make a difference!
As a candidate you should have proven management
consulting or project leading experience and interests in the retail industry and
have a strong brand understanding.
Your Responsibilities:
The job of a Commercial planner comes with a lot of ownership,
responsibility and fun! Your main responsibilities include;
- Setting the
process for the Store Commercial plan in line with long-term commercial plan
and vision
- Increase sales
performance within Men's Business Unit by pro-actively initiating, testing to
support the regional growth and local relevance trough commercial planning.
- Supporting in
setting the commercial plan per season, cross functionally within your Business
Unit, aligning expectations and workload with Global Sales and Operations.
- Create
supporting documents and templates to unify and support the commercial planning
processes for BU.
- Project lead
cross-functional project groups to define processes through e.g. facilitating
workshops, consolidating and coordinating information as well as map and design
the processes in various digital tools.
To succeed in this role:
You are a sales minded, social, open, communicative
and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You also:
- Have management
consulting and/or project leading experience,
- Passionate and
interested in fashion and retail.
- Have strong
planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
- Have strong
communication skills (verbal & written), fluent English is a must.
- Have ability to
organize and prioritize
- Are experience
in working with Microsoft office & Photoshop.
