Job description

  • Responsible for driving category growth in the area Running by developing long-term sales strategy and seasonal Go-To-Market plan

  • Ensure that the brand is distributed in best way within the given field responsibility

  • Develop and maintain the relationship with selected key customers - across the Nordic Area - in an efficient and profitable manner

  • Work effectively with other functions internally, such as Merchandise, Marketing and Country Sales functions to ensure that the right product is distributed in the right channel, at the right time

  • Manage the sell in/sell out - to be compelling and inspiring and to consistently strive for sell in excellence - for both selected key customers as well as support in sell-in meeting on Nordic Area level


  • Several years of sales and field service experience in a dynamic sport performance environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Independent and responsible way of working

  • Profound skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent English language skills both verbal and written

  • Willingness to travel
