Region CRM & Insight Lead to h&m Regional Sales Teams

H&M’s Regional teams are looking to improve our customer centric
commercial actions and we are strengthening our teams with Region CRM Leads.
The Regional Sales team consists of Merchandisers, Visual Merchandisers,
Business Controllers. The team is
responsible for Sales, profitability, stock management - always with the customer
experience in mind. The Region CRM Lead will
analyze the customer base and behavior in the region and turning CRM strategies
into actions and results. You need to be able to proactively and independently
identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing
that the goals of the team are met.
You will have the full support of the Global CRM team that is part of
H&M Marketing, consisting of analysts, data scientists, customer strategist
and project managers. The Global CRM team works with sophisticated methods
using a vast customer base with a global reach.
In your role you will:
Analyze and educate around the regions customer base
to deliver clear insights on customer development and behavior.
Setting and following up customer focused goals for
the team to deliver value for customer and company.
Translate insight into recommendations and commercial actions and lead the commercial
teams to a more customer centric way of working
Identifying customer segments, aligning communication
and in store experience to create a relevancy, adding value to the customers.
Use of data visualization tools to spread customer
insight to stakeholders within the company.
In this role, you will work closely with central teams
within Marketing, Customer Service, Global Sales & Operations and Online
You will also work in the statistical software SAS (training will be
provided). For data visualization, we use Tableau.

Preferably have a degree in economics, statistics, engineering,
or related field
Experience working in SAS, R and/or Tableau is
meriting but not a requirement
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the
customer: You impact how H&M builds relationships with our customers now
and in the future.
The position is fulltime and reports to the Manager of the CRM Global
team and part of the Region South Sales team.
