As a Power BI Specialist in our KPI Steering Product, you will have a key role in developing quality reports and designing insightful and esthetic dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Our vision is to push the boundaries of the Power BI capabilities on how to create the best insightful and intuitive dashboard, so leaders can take faster decisions on complex data.
Our mission is to enable steering through a measurable common view and to become fully data-driven. You will be working with key business stakeholders to create new data models, datasets and Power BI reports. You will also work with product teams across Business Tech to establish a data environment that fully supports the new frontend needs. The ease of use and general availability of Power BI at H&M gives us the perfect vehicle for providing true Self-Service BI (SSBI) capabilities to our business user community.

Furthermore, we believe you have:
Technical skills needed:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Power BI experience is mandatory, and similar tools are only an advantage
- Experience of 5+ years in data preparation on datasets and ability to develop tabular models
- Proficient in making DAX and Power queries
- Familiar with Power BI Pipelines
- Highly experienced in working with big data and solving complex solutions. Preferably experience from large agile organizations
- Able to implement row-level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
- Experience in Azure Suites, data gateway, and data warehousing projects is a plus
- Experience in SQL, R/Python is a plus
