Are
you a skilled Digital Designer & Art Director with strong editorial
understanding and communication? We are happy to announce this exciting role in
the H&M Group Communications
department
in a fast - paced environment where the goal is to contribute to building and securing
the reputation of H&M Group. Perhaps this could be for you?
Within
the H&M Group Communications Department we bring stories to life by
creating and distributing engaging content for all prioritized audiences of
H&M Group, using multi-media.
The
Editorial team within the Communications department is responsible for
developing, planning, producing and publishing content in our own channels.
We
are now looking for a Digital Designer & Art Director (AD) with passion to
implement and develop the recently created visual identity of H&M Group and
for editorial and content creation.
As
a Digital Designer and Art Director your responsibility will mainly be
to secure the H&M Group visual identity within the organization. This
includes extensive contacts with our internal stakeholders but also production
of guidelines, templates, trainings and development of our image bank, and
implementation of these. You will be part of integrated communications teams
creating proactive communications through consistent and compelling visual
storytelling in our own channels on selected topics. You will be responsible to
secure the most appealing experience for the end
user, often in collaboration with external service providers such as content
agencies where your role will be to secure our visual identity.
You
will also be involved in:
- Development of our own channels
- Support of the other multi brand functions
within H&M Group
- Providing creative/visual briefs to
external service providers
Experience
and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Relevant background and education within Graphic
Design and Art Direction with a strong focus on digital design
- Experience from working in a content agency,
communications department or media house, experience from listed companies is
meritorious
- Strong skills in video/film production and UI
are advantageous
- You have a good understanding of the modern
media landscape and the different channels including social media with a focus
on corporate communications
- A strong eye for attention to detail and
accuracy is key
- We also see that you are a great team player
with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, whilst at the same
time being able self- driven and able to working independently
- You are a curious person who is not afraid to
take initiative
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and
written, and have well developed writing skills

The assignment is a temporary full-time position to
