Job description

  • Support for defined Key Account customers through different channels in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide knowledgeable answers and find the best possible solutions to questions about products, pricing and availability
  • Recording, processing, and checking incoming orders (availability, prices, conditions)
  • Coordination and communication with the Merchandise-, Marketing-, Planning-, and Purchasing departments ensuring customer-specific shipping instructions and on-time delivery
  • Analyze and troubleshoot orderbook and develop/execute a plan to meet customer's requirements and Sales goals
  • Close cooperation with the Key Account Manager´s in the market to ensure optimal customer care

Profile

  • University Degree (Service Management or equal is meritorious)

  • Business fluent in Swedish and English (Knowledge of other Nordic language is meritorious)

  • Experience in SAP and working with EDI

  • Technical knowledge and analytical troubleshooting skills

  • Professional experience in the area of customer service

  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm
