As the Business Controller, you are passionate to help us develop the customer journey within Customer Service and customer experience perspective by analysing business performance and suggest improvements. You are the Business controlling perspective in various forums, projects and initiatives - where we all aim at creating the best customer experience possible in a scalable way.
But it's not just about the analysis. Controlling here is about identifying business opportunities and risks, before also supporting and challenging our teams to achieve the best results together. We want you to provide a different perspective. You should be able to stand up for your analysis and discuss your point of view. You will collaborate with other CS Business controllers, Analysts and Global support functions as well as other stakeholders within the H&M Group. We want you to challenge us!
- Bachelor degree or similar
- At least 2 years of experience as controller
- Strong analytical skills with business sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken communication
- Leadership skills
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
- If you have knowledge working with Power BI that is a merit.About H&M Customer Service
