The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

You are a reliable, empowered, supportive leader, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. You are delivering an elevated customer experience and are an effective communicator, capable of coaching, guiding and inspiring your team to achieve excellence. You have the ability to lead the commercial store performance with an entrepreneurial spirit, out of the box thinker, and lead the team, encouraging curiosity, transparency and honesty with positive attitude towards challenges.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Assist the Store Manager in executing effective day to day business and operations processes
  • Manage, inspire and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and supporting training and development.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and desire for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking, building of client books and delivering a meaningful experience
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

Profile

You’ll Need to Have:
  • Relevant sales and managerial experience in a commercial environment
  • Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPI’s
  • Ability to problem-solve, proactive and flexible
  • Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinker
  • Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • English language
