Job description

This is a unique opportunity for current Assistant or Store Managers who aspire to manage one of the stores of a high street leading brand.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing all store operational aspects under store manager’s guidance and supervision to maximise customer satisfaction, employee development, sales and profit
  • Strategically defining manhours/rotas required, product inventory and layout plans based on sales targets and customers’ profile
  • Leading the team with high energy, focus and empathy to produce a stimulating work environment for all team members
  • Constructing individualised development plans, training team members, and evaluating their performance to continuously enhance efficiency and build career for our people
  • Monitoring shop floor’s standards daily and prioritising actions for the team to address issues

  • Have proven track record of leading and developing a high-performing team and individuals
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing environments and act decisively
  • Can demonstrate good communication, organisational and analytical skills



Candidate’s profile:
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience with people management responsibilities in retail or hospitality
  • Fluency in English is a must, whereas a Scandinavian language is an advantage
  • Eligibility to work on a permanent full-time basis both weekdays, evenings and weekends (please note: we do not offer visa sponsorship)
