Together with the Area team for Area Stockholm, you are responsible for reaching the Sales & Profit goals by securing that all stores deliver a Great Customer Experience. The role is broad and challenging, and you will have a great opportunity to affect the core business by acting as an informal leader with a strong analytical focus and knowledge-based approach; you train and coach Area and Store Teams on controlling topics to enable our colleagues and business to grow. You will work with target setting, business planning, and analysis, allocation, store operations, secure staff scheduling, and cost control with the goal to optimize each store and drive profitable sales. You will also work with promoting various Omni features to our customers and our staff.

We are looking for a curious and warm person with great leadership skills who has a positive attitude to inspire and motivate others. You are used to being an informal leader and naturally, take the role of an analyst in the team. You are organized and can communicate goals and results in an inspiring way to the rest of the team. The sense of business is your strongest asset and you have an excellent ability in interpreting results and taking action on them.

Besides this, we see that you: 

  • Have a bachelor's degree preferably with a finance, business, or economics major
  • Have strong analytical skills and previous experience from working in a similare role withinh a sales organization
  • Have solid experience working with Excel 
  • Have a strong commercial drive and ability to put numbers into action and a track record of delivering great results
  • Have clear communication skills including written and verbal skills in English
