    Do you have an interest and skills in pattern-making, construction, and manufacturing techniques? At NA-KD we are passionate about fashion and our customers' experience, and are now looking for an equally passionate Garment Technician to join our team in a temporary substitute position! Garment Technician As a Garment Technician at NA-KD, you will be responsible for ensuring the fit, quality, and functionality of garments throughout the product development process. You will work closely with design and purchasing teams, lead fitting sessions, provide clear feedback to suppliers, manage sizing and grading, and maintain accurate technical packages. Additionally, you will oversee quality evaluations, analyze returns data, and ensure that garments can be produced within budget while meeting specifications. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the design and purchasing team to secure the best fit for each product Measuring and preparing samples for fitting sessions Lead fitting session on live model/ dummy Create comments and communicate them clearly to suppliers Work with sizing and grading Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and checking the quality of the final product Responding to product queries, including returns, from wholesalers and customers Be responsible for making sure garments can be produced within budget Having overall responsibility for the fit of garments from order through production ensuring they perform to the specifications and quality provided Create and maintain accurate technical packages Analysis of returns data Your Past & Your Skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a Garment Technician or Pattern maker Experience in grading measurement lists Understanding of manufacturing, textiles, and garment construction. It is a plus if you have experience in pattern-making Great knowledge of different workmanship, fabrics, and stitching, with a great ability to communicate this knowledge to various stakeholders Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PLM Software Organized and good prioritization skills Confident and clear communication skills to work productively alongside other product teams and external suppliers Fluent in English, written and spoken Experience working in Clo3D is a plus What We Offer Global environment Personal and professional development Freedom to add value/make a difference Hybrid Remote policy A number of voluntary benefits Interested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits?     Technical Representative (m/f/d) - Altra Running (Nordics) Let's Talk about the Role As a Technical Representative for Altra Running (temporary contract), you will be the face of the brand across our Nordics countries, being based in south of Sweden. This role combines product expertise, retail training, event support, and community engagement to strengthen Altra's presence in the region. You'll work closely with retail partners, sales teams, and local running communities to drive brand awareness and sales performance. How You Will Make a Difference Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, both in-store and outdoors. Act as the regional product expert and key contact between Altra, sales reps, and retail accounts, sharing valuable field insights. Build strong relationships with retail partners to motivate and support store teams. Ensure high-quality in-store brand presentation through effective merchandising and POS execution. Represent Altra at trade shows, store openings, and consumer-facing events. Lead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadors. Provide regular reports, manage budgets, and maintain company equipment and vehicles. Skills for success Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation - ideally in the running or outdoor industry. Strong passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently. Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
