Arbetsuppgifter I rollen får du vara med och äga viktiga delar av vår ekonomiska vardag, bland annat genom att: Sköta löpande bokföring av butikernas försäljning. Arbeta med kundreskontra och kontoavstämningar. Delta i månadsbokslut. Stötta kollegor med olika förekommande arbetsuppgifter när behov uppstår. Här finns utrymme att växa. Du kommer snabbt få ansvar - och ännu snabbare se resultatet av ditt arbete. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som: Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Har god datorvana och ett intresse för nya system. Gärna har erfarenhet från retail och/eller ekonomistudier (meriterande men inget krav). Har arbetat i SAP S4 HANA (meriterande). Ännu viktigare än dina erfarenheter är vem du är. Du är ödmjuk, prestigelös och trivs i en miljö där det händer mycket och där dagarna varierar. Du tar initiativ, tar ansvar och tycker det är självklart att hjälpa en kollega när det behövs. Eftersom du har nära kontakt med våra butiker gillar du service och att skapa goda relationer. Purchase Controller As a Purchase Controller at NA-KD, you own the end-to-end responsibility for your product categories, working to optimize the assortment to achieve sales and inventory plans that align with financial targets and company objectives. You analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth, improving stock turnover, and maximizing profitability both in the short and long term. You will work closely with the buying and merchandising teams, setting strategies to develop the assortment and execute the sales plan. You will be actively involved in financial management by preparing, tracking, and analyzing sales forecasts, purchase budgets, and key performance reports. You proactively communicate potential opportunities, risks and actions, and drive improvements across the purchase controlling function. Your Profile To excel in this role, you're not just comfortable with numbers - you know how to translate them into actionable insights that drive successful product assortments. You're a strategic thinker with a keen eye for improvement, able to analyze data and present findings in a clear, decision-ready format. As an informal leader, you're comfortable guiding others and taking initiative to make things happen. Key Responsibilities Budgeting & forecasting: Set, communicate and follow up the sales plan, purchase budget and KPIs for your categories. Purchasing strategies: Set the category assortment and purchasing strategy together with the buying team. Secure the right assortment mix in terms of product, quantity, price, margin and timing. Purchase, sales & inventory analysis: Conduct data-driven purchase, sales and inventory analyses and collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify potentials and risks leading to actions to optimize the assortment planning, inventory levels and sales potential. Process improvement: Continuously seek to improve purchasing and controlling processes including tools, reporting and follow-ups.
